Director, Human Resources Partner

Overview: The Director, HR Business Partner Data and Services Delivery will partner with the EVP, Data & Services Delivery and his leadership team in executing a fit for purpose talent management approach and driving a one delivery team mindset across the integrated organization. The ideal candidate will contribute at both the hands-on and strategic levels to cultivate an inclusive and high performing culture as the organization grows. Role: o Develop strategies to ensure HR initiatives and programs including recruitment, development, rewards and recognition and engagement to reinforce the company's culture and values o Understand how the Delivery team operates and its role in helping D&S drive revenue to help create business and HR solutions that increase effectiveness of the organization o Partner with the D&S Delivery leadership team to roll out programs and initiatives that retain and attract high performing and high potential employees o Provide advice, counsel and solutions to the D&S Delivery leadership team, managers and employees, acting as a positive culture change agent. o Participate in the Performance Management cycle, including the talent review process (including leadership development, succession planning and skills assessment) and administration of the year-end performance review process (including partnering with managers during the salary/bonus process, ensuring awards are equitable and budgets are met). o Manage employee relations issues by coaching management and employees. Provide guidance on problem resolution, aligned with legal and organizational policies and regulations. o Working with our Global Talent Acquisition partners, interview final candidates and determine appropriate compensation. o Attend strategic planning meetings, and department leadership meetings to align HR initiative with operational initiatives. o Partner with the HR Centers-of-Expertise and other HRBPs on projects and initiatives. All About You: o The successful candidate must have experience building the relationships required to be an advocate for employees, and a trusted partner to business leaders and client groups, to enable the execution of their business strategy and initiatives o Demonstrated success as an HR Business Partner in a heavily matrixed, global organization; experience supporting teams in the technology or payments industry preferred o Core knowledge of HR principles, theories and concepts o Experience in M&A integration helpful o Experience with Workday a plus o Bachelor's degree required, advanced degree and/or certification in HR helpful o Ability to manage multiple priorities and initiatives exercising sound judgment, solutions orientation and flexibility. o Must have strong analytical, presentation, verbal and written communications skills. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
