Director, Digital and Social Marketing

Overview: The Global Digital Marketing Team is focused on providing Thought Leadership, Global Strategy and best in class Digital Marketing solutions to drive the business objectives of Global, Regional and County level marketing partners while providing both strategic consultation and executional leadership in the effective use of tactics such as Web, Mobile, Social, Search, CRM, Content Marketing, Wearables, AR/VR and more. Together we build strategies & solutions that leverage data and technology to provide relevant, real time, location based offers and experiences that make our customers lives more fulfilling. As a member of the Strategy, Technology & Innovations team within Global Marketing, this vital role will be responsible for: Serving as our thought leader on the next frontier of marketing - driving consumer engagement through experiential marketing. Defining and developing a platform roadmap to align with our strategic vision. Working with business units and key constituents to define requirements, business processes etc. on leveraging data and technology to drive efficiency and efficacy of marketing. Role: Have you effectively led Digital Marketing strategies? Have you identified and implemented global web, mobile, marketing, loyalty and/or CRM solutions? Are you able to work in a fast paced environment where strategic thinking, technical and team skills are valued and celebrated? Creating and leading the tactical implementation of necessary platforms and execution in support of MasterCard's B2C, B2B, and B2B2C initiatives to drive preference for MasterCard brand, products and services. Taking a global, enterprise-wide technology view to quickly analyze and assess needs to create scalable solutions that drive customer engagement execution across our organization. Managing relationships with several key vendors to deliver best in class capabilities focused on digital channels. Defining use cases and requirements to drive the AGILE development lifecycle, ensuring that all delivered functionality meets the need and aligns with our vision and strategy. Partnering with marketing and technology professionals to drive comprehensive solutions. All About You: Broad digital marketing technology experience with emphasis in developing, deploying and scaling cutting edge strategies. Digital and/or Loyalty Marketing experience strongly preferred. Strong understanding of marketing, technology and user centric design principles Strong technology background and prowess is a must, including knowledge of technology best practices, Deep familiarity and passion about digital marketing concepts, practices and programs. Excellent oral, written and presentation communication skills. Global mindset - experience in multi-cultural environment and ability to adapt to local needs Flexible. Able to adapt quickly to changing priorities and work under aggressive deadlines.
