Overview Mastercard's Enterprise Security Solutions organization develops and delivers world-class security products and services for customers across the globe. As part of this organization, the Identity Solutions team leads the development and delivery of innovative authentication products that enable a simple and secure payment experiences for consumers. This role requires a strategic person who understands broad market trends and penetration tactics while identifying key insights and developing them into business strategies to scale Identity Solutions' product suite. Role o Identify and lead multi-product commercialization initiatives, including establishing go-to-market and expansion plans for regions along with key performance indicators for products o Setting objectives in partnership with regions and driving commercial plans to execute scale and product success o Responsible for overall product regional revenue performance o Test, challenge and improve product business cases for overall viability and financial validity, leveraging business and financial acumen o Recommend and influence product pricing and oversee the development of training and other product support materials for Identity Solutions' product suite o Work with regional teams to assess needs to customize product bundling to help execute on both market and global strategies o Work directly with regions, market product managers and customers to evaluate new use cases, optimize and expand use of Identity Solutions' product suite o Provide Subject Matter Expert sales support to regional teams o Track voice of the customer from different regions to deliver to the product team in order to improve our product suite o Develop best practice documents for regional teams o Manage global sales pipeline and track revenue vs. defined targets o Manage monthly and quarterly business review process with global product leads and regional teams All About You The ideal candidate will have broad and extensive experience with: o Thinking strategically and globally to scale an innovative product suite o Setting direction for go-to-market plans and leveraging market insights to differentiate from competitors o Translating and applying customer feedback to lead product offering adjustment strategies o Developing new business models and defining pricing strategy o Creating and delivering presentations to internal or external stakeholders o Working and building relationships with colleagues across functions and from multiple regions o Demonstrating self-motivation and self-direction in resolving conflict o Being familiar with the enterprise security solutions and digital payment trends o Having a successful track record on engaging different levels in organization and customers o Having superior communications, presentation and interpersonal skills o Bachelor's degree required, advanced degree or MBA preferred o Global travel: 30% R-73333
