Vice President, Product Management, Issuer Loyalty Products

Our vision is to become the partner of choice for Issuers leveraging our solutions to drive profitable consumer engagement and Mastercard preference. In order to create exceptional cardholder experiences and drive Issuer value through differentiation, we are seeking a VP, Issuer Loyalty Products. This role will develop and provide global direction for our Rewards & Offers products & solutions, focusing on key strategic initiatives including packaging our solutions with Data & Services, moving into new payment channels and frontiers, outlining our digital agenda and providing thought leadership to the global organization. Role & Responsibilities - Data & Services packaging with Issuer Loyalty products, including strategy, product design, pricing, GTM and delivery. Includes Managed Services, Test&Learn, Data & Analytics and Consulting - Define and develop Data Analytic strategy for Issuer Loyalty products including sales support, product performance, solution optimisation and commercialization opportunities - Define and develop Issuer Loyalty value proposition for new frontiers including ACH, OpenBanking, PSD2 etc - Define and develop Issuer Loyalty value proposition for expanded products including Debit, Commercial and Prepaid - Define and develop Issuer Loyalty value proposition and roadmap to serve Mastercard and customer's digital agenda, including enhanced CX, Wallets, Pay, driving Ecom and COF - Define and develop Issuer Loyalty product around promotions and campaigns leverage platform capabilities and expanding beyond existing customers creating a new significant revenue stream - Responsible for thought leadership plan and activities for Issuer Loyalty (internal & external) - Responsible for identifying and managing M&A for Issuer Loyalty products - Responsible for co-ordination and best in class product sales enablement, comms (internal & external) All About You o Strong payments, loyalty and product management experience. o Multi-market business management experience, with direct previous business management experience in at-least 3 of the world's top 20 GDP markets. o Strong experience in business operations and end-to-end delivery required; has the ability to scan widely across internal business operations and external markets and competitors to identify business opportunities o Proven track record of leading technology and product innovation. o Strong multi-region product and platform development experience. o Acts as a thought leader for creative/disruptive improvements and thoughtfully balances risk when committing Mastercard is an inclusive Equal Employment Opportunity employer that considers applicants without regard to gender, gender identity, sexual orientation, race, ethnicity, disabled or veteran status, or any other characteristic protected by law. The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
