Overview
Mastercard Send is a key component in establishing Mastercard as a global leader in Push Payments\. Mastercard Send facilitates the secure delivery of funds between senders and receivers, typically within seconds\. Through a single connection to Mastercard Send, businesses, merchants, governments, humanitarian organizations, financial institutions and others can send money to consumers and small businesses domestically and cross border\. The service supports multiple use cases including person\-to\-person payments and business to consumer disbursements\. With our technology and expertise we are making sending money safe, simple and fast\.
The Director, Mastercard Send Product Management, is responsible for helping to ignite card\-based Push Payments with a focus on the Mastercard Network Transaction\. The Director will lead efforts to assess new payment flow opportunities and commercialize new use cases that grow our business with existing and new customers\. In addition, the Director will support efforts to identify and develop partnerships with Originating Institutions \(OIs\) and other key potential partners which anchor to tangible business opportunities\. Finally, the Director will help to launch the Mastercard Network Transaction in new countries by supporting enrollment and onboarding efforts with customers\.
Role
Lead efforts to assess new payment flow opportunities and commercialize new use cases that grow our business with existing and new customers\.
Work hand\-in\-hand with regional and market teams to build\-out use case roadmap which can drive material volume and revenue for business\.
Bring voice of customer and help identify new product innovation opportunities to ensure customer needs are met and product development is aligned with market requirements\.
In collaboration with market teams, support efforts to develop pipeline of local Acquirers/OIs that can resell to their existing customer base\.
In partnership with market teams, support efforts to develop execution plans to execute on identified Acquirers/OI opportunities\.
Support strategic projects, as needed, including thought leadership and financial inclusion\-related efforts\.
Reports to Director, Product Management and Expansion\.
All About You
Demonstrated experience in product management, with an emphasis on bringing new payment solutions to market\.
Deep experience in identifying, assessing and commercializing new use cases related to payment products, including conducting quantitative and qualitative analysis to support assessment\.
Excellent problem solving and analytical skills with the ability to apply these in developing business cases and defining and executing GTM plans\.
Knowledge of and experience with Mastercard PME process preferred\.
Client\-facing experience preferred, with ability to process and translate customer needs into business opportunities\.
Proven ability to build and maintain strong, productive working relationships with internal stakeholders and external customers\.
Demonstrated track record of championing cross\-functional and cross\-regional initiatives and driving initiatives to the desired outcome\.
Ability to think strategically and translate concepts into clear, actionable goals and metrics\.
Demonstrated ability to multi\-task, establish priorities and self\-motivate\.
Superior communication and presentation skills\.
Bachelor??s degree in business, finance, marketing or related field; MBA or other advanced degree preferred\.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
