Overview
Arrange hotel accommodations for corporate travel and potential candidates.
Responsibilities
Works with Travel Coordinators in booking non-patterned hotels.
Responsible for running reports from the HOTAC system of hotel bookings, in addition save these reports as Word documents.
Correspond with hotels as necessary to follow up on pending reservations or research availability.
Receive information from hotels and input all data in the HOTAC system.
Fax, via Right Fax, to hotels new requirements, pending requests, adjustments, adjustments and cancellations.
Ability to research alternate acceptable hotel properties in the case of a sold out situations, make bookings, change patterns to reflect new hotel and advise crewmembers.
Maintain a log and data of sold out hotels/dates and alternate available properties.
Assist crewmembers that may have problems with hotel check in.
As required, pull data for the security department of crew accommodations.
Maintain a list of high-risk cities and have the ability to pull reports of those cities when necessary.
Qualifications
Posses good organizational skills
Excellent Communication and Customer Service Skills
Able to prioritize workload while handling multiple tasks
Must have comprehensive understanding of all negotiated air contracts and Company Corporate Policy
Comfortable with 24-hour operations environment
Proficient in Microsoft office products
Travel industry experience preferred
