Talent Acquisition, Contractor

This Talent Acquisition Contractor will be an integral member of the Corporate TA team and have responsibility for profile and candidate development specifically for a pipeline building project. This professional will work with targeted developed research and develop other research in our goal to build a viable database for short and longer term needs. Reporting directly into the TA Lead for this Corporate Business Partner, this TA professional will utilize LinkedIn Recruiter as well as be responsible for candidate assessment and viability for current or future needs.
This TA Contractor could also be involved in managing a light load of requisitions for this same functional team.
This TA Contractor should have full cycle recruitment experience and be an exceptionally strong LinkedIn user. He/She must have strong "sourcing" skills and be comfortable making direct candidate calls as well.
Ideally this professional has previous corporate side recruitment experience and also has had experience working on Corporate Functions.
The ideal candidate will probably possesses 8-12 years of recruitment experience.
She/he must have strong communication skills and be able to appropriately convey a compelling employee value proposition.
Additionally, this professional must be able to develop candidate rapport, and recognize the importance of candidate courtship.
Must possess strong assessment skills and be discerning regarding talent needs and cultural fit.
Experience working with Avature would be preferred but not required. Must have ATS experience. Should possess strong excel skills.
A 6 month commitment is required.

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
