Looking for a Web Designer that will design internet sites that accurately reflect on organizations goals, objectives and identity. The Web Designer will create the concepts, artwork and layout for sites. The Web Designer must also understand web design issues, including browser usability and cross-platform compatibility is necessary. Requires design and troubleshooting skills, as well as an eye for detail. The Web Designer must be proficient in Dreamweaver, Flash, Photoshop, Illustrator and Indesign. Should also be familiar with web protocols such as HTML, CSS, XML and JSP.
