Inside Sales Account Executive

The Account Executive is responsible for finding, developing, and closing new business within the Staffing and Recruiting market. Emphasis will be placed on detailed tracking of sales targets/prospects to establish a qualified pipeline, customer presentations, product demonstrations, and negotiating and closing sales. The Account Executive will ensure internal coordination of efforts that lead to high quality customer service and satisfaction to include high-level oversight during the transition from Sales to Implementation and Professional Services.

Responsibilities:
Optimises territory potential through targeting prospects, then performing qualification call to identify an opportunity. There is a company-wide demonstration format which will invariably conducted online however there will be the occasional customer site visit.
Practices effective, ongoing customer relationship management techniques
Through Salesforce: submit standard sales reports such as weekly forecasts, pipeline, funnel, monthly progress, business plans, and expense reports on a regular and timely basis.
Manage the qualification process for small recruitment firms within one target market
Qualify companies and sales opportunities based upon Bullhorn?s prospecting criteria
Articulate and demonstrable success at communicating Bullhorn?s value proposition
Maintain a consistently high level of sales activity (call prospect, qualify company, schedule demonstration)
Establish business relationships with focus on key decision-makers
Effectively demonstrate Bullhorn?s products and services
Develop a personal sales style and pitch


Required Skills and Experience:
Bachelor?s Degree required
Must have strong task and contact management skills
Must have strong
consultative and solution selling skills
Must have a working technical knowledge of software components
Must have strong relationship orientation
Strong Staffing market knowledge is preferred
Must have excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
Must have high energy level, high degree of integrity, self-motivated, positive attitude, proactive approach to work, confidence
Must have demonstrated success in a customer-focused environment
Strong working knowledge of all Microsoft applications (including Outlook and IE)

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
