We deliver financial modelling and project finance training courses to our clients, online, in classrooms and via digital platforms.
Pivotal180 is recruiting an administration assistant to be based in our Purchase NY office.
You will work closely with the entire Pivotal180 team and report directly to a Principal of the business.
Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities:
Administration and logistics of training courses.
Includes invites, calendar management, course setup, student enrolments, welcome emails, certificates, catering and venues.
Office administration Travel and expense management Scheduling office meetings between teams, managers, and departments Processing invoices, tracking receipts and other basic bookkeeping tasks Ordering new office equipment.
Other administration tasks as required Responding to inbound queries on online courses (with support from team) Job Types:

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
