Job
Summary:
Responsible for reconfirmations of hotel and travel accommodations for Crewmembers and provides support to the Scheduling department.
Responsibilities:
Monitor daily operational flight activities.
Ensure Ground Transportation and Hotels are booked, confirmed, and reconfirmed, based on rolling scheduleImplement corrective action, as necessary, if ground transportation fails to show or flights are on a rolling delayCommunicate information about transportation or hotel reservation changes to affected stations, vendors, and departments within the GCC and Hotel ConnectionsServe as a liaison between the Manager on Duty (MOD), Crew Scheduling, and the Travel and Hotel departmentsHandle high volume of communications, i.
e.
, phone and email traffic, while providing professional customer service
Qualifications:
College degree preferredHospitality / Customer Service experience preferredExceptional customer serviceAbility to work in a face paced environmentMaintain a professional, positive, and approachable mannerAbility to prioritize workload while handling multiple tasksStrong computer skillsAbility to build relationships internally and externallyCollaborative team playerPunctuality and accountability requiredAttention to detail Must be willing and able to work within a 24-hour operations environment (weekends/holidays)About STS Technical Services:
