Our client is a boutique financial services company specializing in offering financial support to both individual and business clients.
They have a partnership with one of the leading manufacturers and distributors of commercial vehicles in the United States, allowing them to offer customized leasing solutions tailored to the specific needs of their clients.
lA snapshot of the opportunity:
Corporate office based in Purchase, NYFirst two weeks will be fully on-site and once trained (after 2 weeks) - 3 days on site and 2 days remote.
This role would entail vendor management, lease/loan funding, and supporting the general accounting group with other day-to-day functionsOpen-ended, temporary opportunity (minimum of 6 months)What your day-to-day will include:
Vendor Management Uploading invoices received via email, scanning and uploading invoices received by mail to invoice payment system (Concur Invoice) Review invoice data generated in the system and submit for a second review Respond to the emails regarding the status of invoice payments.
Call vendor / tax collectors who send the invoice to clarify content of invoice / resolve issues.
Lease Funding Review funding packages that include contracts and prepare summary sheet in Excel for each lease contract.
Set up online bank wire payment Create a review package that includes the summary sheet (wire remittance summary and lease summary sheet in the funding package) Upload the review package to DocuSign and once DocuSign is finalized, download the file from DocuSign, save in the folder, and report to partner company.
Loan Funding Save the loan funding package in the folder.
Review daily loan activities per bank and loan management system and verify accuracy of the remittance sheet.
Set up online bank wire payments to our partner banks Create review package for each bank and upload it to DocuSign.
Once DocuSign is finalized, download the final document, save it in appropriate folder, and send it to partner bank.
