Contribute towards operationalizing a global data privacy framework.
Participate in the creation of D+A privacy framework and drive adoption across the D+A organization Act as SME for designated projects/assignments.
Research and navigate important privacy issues with stakeholders and provide technical advice, project management support and policy recommendations.
Ensure standards are applied by all the stakeholders.
Prevent or resolve conflicts by facilitating discussions across appropriate business units.
Provide feedback on documents with Legal and Compliance teams to ensure Data
Analytics policy is incorporated (legal experience a plus).
Communicate regularly with Legal and Compliance to implement and adapt to new policies.
Stay abreast of external laws (e.
g.
GDPR, CCPA, CPRA, LGPD).
Identify risks and controls related to enterprise data security changes.
Provide recommendations and supporting documentation for new or proposed data standards, business rules and policy (in conjunction with the Governance Council as appropriate).
Support strategic initiatives, Digital Use Cases and the federated data network in order to maintain consistency of PepsiCo's critical enterprise, digital, operational and analytical data.
Accountable for ensuring that data-centric activities are aligned with the Enterprise Data Governance (EDG) program and leverage applicable data standards, governance processes, and overall best practices.
Enterprise Data Privacy Operations and Advisory:
Support the global alignment of the data privacy processes and standards with applicable enterprise, business segment, and local data support models.
Participate in the creation of a single set of global privacy standards and monitor compliance within dedicated sectors/projects.
Provide perspectives in defining and continually evolving the roadmap for data privacy efforts based upon strategic business objectives, existing capabilities/programs, cultural considerations and a general understanding of emerging technologies and governance models/techniques.
Advise on various projects and initiatives to ensure that any data privacy or security items are identified, communicated and managed to ensure adherence with the Enterprise Data Governance established standards.
Qualifications 4
years of experience working in Data Privacy or Data Security and Compliance within a global organization (CPG or B2C) 4
years of experience working with data, data maintenance, associated elements/processes, involved systems and interdependent data 4
years of experience creating/driving data privacy strategy Familiarity and experience working with privacy regulations Experience working with Consumer data and privacy requirements Experience with operationalizing privacy within a large diverse organization Experience working within a global environment Deep knowledge of legal risk and remediation efforts in data compliance Knowledge of Data Governance and Privacy Tools a plus CIPP, CIPT or other security related certifications a plus Competencies:

Benefits:
The expected compensation range for this position is between $80,800 - $100,000 based on a full-time schedule Location, confirmed job-related skills and experience will be considered in setting actual starting salary Bonus based on performance and eligibility; target payout is 5% paid out Annually Paid time off subject to eligibility, including paid parental leave, vacation, sick, and bereavement In addition to salary, PepsiCo offers a comprehensive benefits package to support our employees and their families, subject to elections and eligibility:
