Seeking attorneys with the following
Experience:
Defense attorneys admitted in New York or certified for admission.
Attorney with on three years of general liability experience.
Attorney with one to five years litigation or professional liability experience preferred.
Duties and responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Managing own caseload with oversight by partners Drafting motions, pleadings, and discovery responses Research and writing of memorandums Attending hearings and court conferences Conducting and defending depositions Attending inspections Consulting with expert witnesses Attending mediations Trial Preparation Hybrid work open for discussion Job Type:

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
