We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Full-Charge Bookkeeper to join our dynamic finance team.
In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing all financial transactions and ensuring that our books are balanced and accurate.
The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of experience in a similar role.
If you are a detail-oriented individual with a passion for numbers and a proven track record of success, we want to hear from you!The ideal Full-Charge Bookkeeper has experience in HR, payroll, benefits, month-end close, accounts payable and QuickBooks.
These are the most important day-to day functions.
The company is titling this role Assistant Controller, however, a degree is not required, so someone with the experience as a Bookkeeper/Full-Charge Bookkeeper would also be perfect.

Responsibilities:
Manage all aspects of the company's financial transactions, including accounts payable and receivable, payroll, and general ledger accounting Prepare financial statements and reports, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements Develop and maintain budgets and forecasts, and monitor actual results against projections Ensure compliance with GAAP and other accounting standards Oversee tax compliance and prepare tax returns Conduct cost accounting analyses to identify areas for cost savings and efficiency improvements Collaborate with other departments to ensure accurate financial reporting and analysis Assist with financial planning and analysis, including forecasting and budgeting Manage and mentor junior accounting staff
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Accounting, Finance or related field preferred but Associate's or experience instead of degree is also more than acceptable 3
years of experience in a Full-Charge Bookkeeper role or equivalent Strong understanding of GAAP and other accounting standards Experience with HR, payroll, benefits, AP, AR, month-end close Proficiency in accounting software such as QuickBooks, Sage, or Xero preferred Experience working in consumer products (CPG) is preferred but not required Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Strong attention to detail and accuracy Ability to work independently and as part of a teamIf you are looking for an exciting opportunity to join a fast-paced and growing finance team, this Full-Charge Bookkeeper role is for you!
