The Opportunity The Sr Director, CRM Sales Technologies plays a key role in designing and implementing strategies to improve efficiency. This person will manage a development team to architect and build technical solutions in partnership with the CRM business lead. needs and create a bridge between the strategic plan and the actually day-to-day function of the business. This role will become a catalyst for transformation and requires a motivated individual with a strong understanding of business needs and the Salesforce Salesclourd platform and Salesforce CPQ (Configure Price Quote), and ERP Business needs, from Lead to Cash. Responsibilities As the Sr Director, you will design and maintain platform architecture and technology in support of business strategy. You will focus on ensuring all viable options are objectively considered and balance business goals with technical architecture and project constraints to meet requirements. Create business models, roadmaps, and assess capability and process gaps between current and future states. Acts as liaison between business and technical experts when designing solutions through our sales/service platform and ensure they are working consistently to support the organization's vision and strategy. Oversee business requirements and technical designs Support and plan design and development sprints including estimating capacity and level of effort Track, mitigate, escalate, and remediate issues that arise through the Software Development Lifecycle Maintain knowledge on business and technology and platform trends that impact the business environment. Identify new projects or opportunities to help grow business Work across business and technical teams to ensure technology investment decisions enhance business capabilities and deliver on business needs Extensive experience with entire Lead to Cash business processes integrating Sales operations into Finance, Accounting and backend operational systems Extensive experience managing teams of Salesforce developers and archtiects, and delivery managers. Lead large business and systems transformation projects, integrating CRM systems and working with the business to map system flows. Proven experience working with large systems integrators in large multi-year projects. Proven experience integrating with other Salesforce Technologies such as Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud, Marketo, HealthCloud, Tableau and Mulesoft. Ensure compliance with all regulations, policies, and procedures in a Healthcare environment (HIPAA, FDA, etc) Candidate Profile 7-10 years in business architecture or business process design role 7 - 10 years experience in implementing and using business applications and/or reporting solutions 7- 10 years in Development / Architecture in Salesforce Salescloud 7- 10 years experience supporting Sales, Finance and Accounting 7-10 years modeling business processes using a variety of tools and techniques such as Lucid Chart, Vizio and Powerpoint. 7-10 years managing development teams Experience overseeing and/or participating in large, complex environments and transformation projects Previous experience with Fortune 500 companies or Large System Integrators Experience working on agile teams, SCRUM teams and SDLC (Software Development Lifecycle) Excellent analytical and problem solving skills Strong presentation skills ability to communicate and influence effectively through verbal, written and visual communication Experience presenting and communicating to Executive / C-Level Ability to manage priorities in a diplomatic manner dealing with many large and demanding stakeholders Ability to apply CRM architectural principles to business solutions Candidates must have Associates, Bachelor's, and/or Master's degree. Colorado or remote positions only. Actual compensation is dependent on the individual's level of experience, location, job-related skills, qualifications, and certifications. Salary Range:
$200K -- $250K
