Group Product Manager- Primary 360
The Opportunity Own the strategy and execution for the back office Practice Management technology our Primary360 offering will need to excel as a next generation primary care practice. The role has an emphasis on the tools and processes needed to improve our coordination with health plans including revenue cycle, billing, medical record and audit compliance, prior authorizations, and health plan eligibility. As a product role on the Primary360 team, this will be focused on the technology strategy associated with these functions for our Primary360 offering while ensuring the technology extensible to other offerings. Responsibilities Drive the strategy and execution associated with the technology for our Primary360 Practice for back office Practice Management including but not limited to revenue cycle, billing, coding, claims, prior authorizations, and eligibility. Act as a subject matter expert for the technology and back office functions associated with our Primary360 Practice. Work in close coordination with our Payor Operations team to provide a more seamless coordination with our health plan clients and our Clinical Product Team to provide a better physician experience. years of Product Management experience in cross-functional, agile product team Expertise and insight to know what it takes to make a product development team hum, with specific examples of ways in which you've led successful teams Working knowledge of healthcare professional billing, reimbursement, and coding as well as experience working directly with health plans Excellent written, presentation, and verbal communication skills Exceptional project management skills, with superb attention to detail The flexibility to quickly adapt and produce in a rapidly changing environment, meeting aggressive product launch schedules Track record working in high-growth environments, and a comfort level with the pace of change and level of ambiguity that accompanies this Ability to work independently Self-starter, can-do attitude, ability to multitask and prioritize complex projects Experience in Technical Product Management, preferably with a background in data analytics Proficient in SQL Why Join Teladoc Health?
