The Opportunity The Staff Technical Program Manager, B2C Marketing Lead has overall accountability to lead CRM strategy and initiatives for Business-to-Consumer programs across the company. Reporting to the Senior Director, CRM Program Management, you will work with various stakeholders and cross-functional teams to develop and execute marketing campaigns that will drive growth and retention. You will also be a key stakeholder in shaping our B2C technical roadmap. Responsibilities The main areas of attention will be to lead, maintain and drive strategy with the business and IT and create realistic roadmaps while measuring progress and outcomes. The B2C Marketing Lead will need to:
Manage and drive a prioritized calendar of CRM and Business-to-Consumer initiatives to completion with various internal partners as well as external vendors/agencies Work with technical and data teams to establish and align on a vision and roadmap to enable B2C messaging now and into the future Develop and support segmentation and targeting strategies for marketing campaigns Assist with testing, training and communications that will ensure high testing velocity while not diminishing the user experience Conduct data-driven campaign analytics and make recommendations on change to tactics or strategy as applicable. Lead and assist with development of dashboards and ongoing reporting Implement new tools and features as needed to improve effectiveness of marketing channels and development of internal documentation as needed This position can be located in the following sites:
Purchase, NY; Lewisville, TX; San Francisco, CA; Chicago, IL; or Santa Barbara, CA Candidate Profile 5
years digital marketing experience via CRM, email marketing and customer segmentation 5
years experience leveraging technology and data to positively impact business outcomes 5
years of work experience in sales or business operations and planning, CRM planning/administration or related discipline 3
years in B2C marketing is preferred Expertise and hands on experience with Salesforce and Salesforce Marketing Cloud is preferred Attention to detail, organized and desire for continuous improvement and innovation Confident, self-starter with ability to work with minimal direction and within a team Strong communication skills Strong systems aptitude and proficiency Bachelor's Degree Excellent stakeholder business communication skills, including written, verbal and presentation skills Agile Methodology for Project Management experience Business-fluent English language skills in speaking and writing are obligatory Able to effectively lead teams and facilitate workshops Why Join Teladoc Health? Salary Range:
$80K -- $100K
