Associate Finance Director, FP&A

Position Overview The Associate Director of Financial Planning and Analysis will play a critical role forecasting the consolidated revenue outlook across the entire Teladoc product portfolio and model the related gross profit outlook. The individual should have both a solid foundation in finance and, importantly, a background working with commercial teams in the healthcare sector. Reporting to the VP of FP&A, you will provide critical business intelligence and actionable financial insights that empower decision-making throughout the Company. In this role, you will use your analytical skills, business savvy and financial chops to track and influence business performance. You will work at the intersection of finance and data analysis through a strategic lens - developing and maintaining financial information while helping steer the company through your analysis. You will regularly be collaborating alongside accounting, financial reporting, investor relations as well as the commercial team. Responsibilities Responsible for all aspects of monthly revenue reporting and analysis and compilation of monthly executive financial presentations Be a key team member in the preparation of all Board of Director materials Be comfortable working with large amounts of data from various sources under multiple scenarios in a fast-paced environment Assist with ongoing initiatives to centralize data for more streamlined reporting and analytics in an effort to ultimately make more informed strategic decisions based on cohesive data Work collaboratively within FP&A as well as cross-functional business partners globally Candidate Profile BS/BA degree in Finance or Accounting; MBA preferred Combination of strong financial planning, commercial finance, and accounting/financial reporting experience - 7 years plus Supervisory experience a plus Excellent oral and written communication skills Respond to transactional questions and alternatives with thorough, organized and fact-based work product supporting key observations, assumptions and conclusions. Identify and evaluate opportunities to improve process, financial and operational controls, and information systems in support of routine analysis and proper recordation/accumulation of financial reporting. Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment within deadlines and work with executive and financial leadership. Be a strong advocate of data automation across finance Results oriented, organized, efficient and resourceful team player at ease in a dynamic collaborative environment Able to interact well with internal associates at all levels and across multiple lines of business Experience integrating acquisitions into an organization is preferred but not required. Must be proficient with all Microsoft Office software with advanced Powerpoint and Excel skills Proficiency with a planning tool such as Host Analytics, Hyperion, TM1, Anaplan or Adaptive Insights is a plus Flexibility for some travel Why Join Teladoc Health? Salary Range:
$80K -- $100K
Minimum Qualification
