We are a small boutique tax and accounting firm seeking a detail-oriented and organized Office Administrator to join our team.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing the daily administrative operations of our office, ensuring efficiency and professionalism in all tasks.
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for e-filing tax returns and maintaining client control during tax season, organization and maintaining clients virtual files - Manage office supplies inventory and place orders when necessary - Assist with client billing record keeping and receivables - Maintain a clean and organized office environment - Handle phone calls and correspondence with Federal and State Government (e-mails, letters, packages) - Responsible for e-filing tax returns and maintaining client control during tax season
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in office administration or a similar role - Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks - Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills - Knowledge of QuickBooks - Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel This position offers the opportunity to work in a dynamic office environment where your administrative skills will be valued and developed.
