Responsibilities:
Support US Banks Privacy Risk team managing operational compliance with Privacy Laws/RegulationsSpecific focus on supporting Privacy Impact Assessment (PIA) process (responsible for conducting end to end PIAs across Bank applications and Bank Vendors, leading/coordinating PIA conversations with stakeholders, ensuring PIA cases and results/findings are tracked properly).
Contribute to Privacy-related metrics for Management reporting purposesOther responsibilities as needed to assist team colleagues with work volume.
Experience:
BA/BS degree.
3-8 years of professional experience, preferably in financial services industry.
Knowledge of privacy laws/regulations (state, national, international) and experience in Privacy and data protection concerns.
Experience with conducting impactful reviews (PIAs, audits, process evaluations, gap assessments, etc.
).

Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-demand environment, both independently and as part of a team, under tight deadlines and with the ability to manage multiple priorities concurrently, efficiently and effectively.
High volume caseload requires good organizational skills.
Attention to detail; strong analytical and investigative problem-solving abilities, with the ability to explain/support conclusions from data analysis.
Strong interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills; capable of writing documentation, explaining complex topics, and interacting positively with colleagues and internal stakeholders.
Proficient with Microsoft Office products.
Advanced knowledge of Excel is a plus.
Privacy certification (e.
g.
, CIPP/US, CIPM, etc.
) is a distinct plus.
