We are searching for an experienced, organized, and hands-on Marketing Coordinator to support Senior Marketing Executives and Brand Team in various administrative tasks and project coordination.
The ideal candidate should possess strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and proficiency in communication.
Responsibilities:
The duties and responsibilities of the position include the following (other duties may be assigned as needed):
Administrative support for Senior Marketing Executives and Brand TeamInternet researchNielsen data analysisPoint of sale development (copywriting, proofing, layout in PowerPoint or Photoshop, coordinating with wineries to verify information and ensure accuracy) Assist in the planning and organization of special eventsProcess expense reports and manage meeting calendars
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in marketing, Communications, Business, or related fieldStrong organizational skills, and the ability to multi-task and prioritize under deadlinesExcellent attention to detailExcellent verbal and written communication skillsGood knowledge of MS Office suite of products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)Creative thinker with a passion for wine and a desire to contribute to the success of our brandsPhysical RequirementsProlonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computerMust be able to lift up to 40 pounds at times Kobrand Corporation offers a competitive salary, and a comprehensive benefits package.
The base compensation range for this job classification is between $50,000 and $60,000.
The determination of what a specific employee in this job classification is paid depends on a number of factors, including, but not limited to, prior employment history, job-related skills and qualifications, and length of service.

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
